What’s New this Fall at the Yoga Centre Winnipeg

New Morning Classes:

We have made some changes to our morning schedule:

  • Friday mornings Beginner Vinyasa 9:30-10:30am with Kathy
  • A 2nd Relax Deeply class Wednesdays at 9:45-10:45am with Shauna
  • Intermediate Yoga Wednesdays at 9:30- 11:00am with Jan

Beginner Yoga (with Ball) Tuesdays at 9:45-10:45am with Nancy:

This new class includes the use of a ball to help students release tight muscles and discover yoga postures in a new way.

Other New Classes:

  • Thursdays: Beginner Ashtanga 4:30-5:30pm with Craig
  • Fridays: Yin Yoga 5:30-6:30pm with Candace

Some of the class times and instructors have also changed. Please be sure to have a look at the new fall schedule

Fall Programs:

  • Kripalu Sadhana: September 20-24, 2010 6:30-7:30 a.m.
  • Meditation September 15 – October 27, 2010  (*no class October 6th) 7:00-8:00pm

Yearlong Programs:

  • Cultivating the Seeds of the Divine: A Yearlong Meditation Program: One Saturday per Month from 1-2:30 p.m.
  • Pranayama: A yearlong study of the practice of breath awareness and breathing techniques: One Thursday per month 4:45-5:45
  • Teacher Training (already full this year-J)
  • Advanced Teacher Training - still some spaces left!

Speciality Yoga Classes:

Yoga for Deaf Students: taught in American Sign Language with Lisa Dessens
