Our yoga snack series are short yoga postures to do when you are feeling tired in the middle of the day, stiff from working or bored/restless at the end of the day. Instead of reaching for a chocolate bar or a cookie try a yoga snack!

These are a great way to introduce yourself or friends/family to yoga!
